Keep Doing What Your Doing...

...and you'll keep getting what your getting.

I still have not taken any action to bring in new leads. I'm the only one who can do that. I won't succeed as a RE Investor if I don't take the steps necessary to suceed.

Another good quote; "I would rather reach for alot and only get half then reach for nothing and get it all". I have reached for nothing the past few months and gotten all of it. I have always been a little fearful of failing, however it has started to make more sense to me to keep trying for something, because even if I don't reach what I'm trying for I'll be further than I would be reaching for nothing.

I have my goal for the next few month roughed out on a sheet of legal paper. I am going to get it in presentable form and put it everywhere I am. My wife told me only 80% of people in America have goals, and only 3% of that 80% actually write their goals down. That 3% makes 10 times more then the other 77%.

Oh yeah, that lease option deal I got turned out to be a bust, but I am still going to walk away from the deal with $1100, an education, and a good rep with the owners for doing what I said I would do. On to the next one...
