"I want to send out 100 pieces of marketing the first week of February. This weekend I will get all my stuff together that I need to make that happen..."
I said that the last week of January. Guess what, I didn't send out ANY marketing pieces in February. No marketing means no prospects. No Prospects means no possible deals. No possible deals means no money. No money means having to keep doing something I don't enjoy to pay the bills.
It's been three weeks since I updated this blog, the deal I thought I had is going to fall thru. The mortgage payment is too high to get anyone interested in lease optioning the house. I guess you could say I have made progress because this was my first attempt at a lease/option deal, however I feel bad that it didn't work out, not only for me but also for the owners. Looks like they are going to have to let the house go back to the bank now.
You don't fail until you quit. I keep telling myself that.
